The Company

BMC Income Tax and Financial Services, Inc. was established in the spring of 1989. The flagship service offered at that time was individual income tax preparation. Over time, the company quickly grew and expanded it's offering of services to include accounting, payroll, business consulting and taxpayer representation.

The founder and President, Byron M. Clark is one of America's tax experts and is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. For the past 30 years BMC Income Tax and Financial Services has successfully represented taxpayers and businesses in the resolve of complex tax matters.

Byron M. Clark and staff are well versed in the laws of taxation, accounting procedures and payroll administration. This knowledge affords BMC the latitude to provide a professional and quality service to our clients, and yet at an affordable cost.
